Both our brisket and succulent smoked pulled pork are smoked, rested, then snap chilled and vacuum sealed, making them available for delivery in the Sydney Metro and Central Coast year round.

Our succulent Aussie pork shoulder is coated in our signature dry rub, slow smoked,, rested then hand shredded in its juices, with a dash of our smoked barbeque sauce. Our smoked pork is available in 1.5kg shoulder rolls or in 2kg vacuum sealed bags, inspiring a variety of unique menu creations.
